Using this site bidder can purchase forms of opened tenders. Only registered bidder can purchase form of tenders of allocated department.
If you are not registered, please click on Sign Up link on the top right and provide all required information.
Enter email id e.g.john@test.com that have been entered on registration as user name and password for login. Click on Forgot password link if you forget the password.
Click on My Account to change your information and passowrd.
Click on Purchased Tender List to view list of tenders which forms have been purchased. You can also enter quoted amount and percent with status from here.
Click on View Tender List to view and purchase tender forms. To purchase particular tender click on Buy Form button.
Click on Tender Status to view status of submitted tenders.
Enter tender description on Search text box and click go button to search desired tender.
Click on Enroll For Digital Cer. link for digital certificate enrollment. Bidder must be registered bidder for enrollment. If you are not register then click on Sign Up Link. Click here to view digital signature enrollment procedure.

Time requires for file uploading & downloading is based on the internet speed you are getting from your system. For example if you have 128 kilobit of broadband connection, it may be possible you will get less speed (it is not necessary you will always get speed of 128 kbps. Speed may vary for every packet).
